The Situation
Someone Wealthy Has Died.
Under circumstances best described as "medically improbable." Their will leaves everything to their "dearest companion" — a title you intend to claim, despite never having met the deceased.
Each player delivers a eulogy for a stranger, armed with nothing but random objects they must claim held deep personal significance. The other players — posing as fellow mourners with their own hidden agendas — will do everything in their power to make you laugh.
Composure is currency. Make others crack and collect their Alms. Crack yourself and pay. The player with the most at the end claims the inheritance.
What Kind of Game Is This?
PerformanceYou are improvising a funeral speech for a stranger, weaving absurd objects into a sincere narrative. Deadpan sells it. Panic kills it.
Social Deduction / RolesEvery mourner has a secret identity and an agenda. They are not here to grieve. They are here to collect.
Try Not to LaughThe Eulogizer is trying to destroy your composure. The Procession is trying to destroy theirs. Whoever cracks, pays.
ReplayabilityEvery funeral is different — new name, new items, new cause of death, new roles in the crowd. No two services are the same.
